Meet Ray Batchelor
A certified mortgage advisor with over 10 years industry experience. Ray is an avid industry commentator with numerous articles published for local and national publications designed to help the public on a range of financial topics. Ray also recently worked closely with an IT Company consulting them on developing a mortgage sourcing system which helps the public with direct products as well as adviser exclusives. The system helps Clients by matching client’s circumstances to the most appropriate solution across the whole market.
Currently Ray is producing a regular financial bulletin alerting his clients to developments in the marketplace. By being informed in this way, Ray's clients can be among the first to benefit from new products and lenders as the country emerges from recession.
As an independent, Ray works solely in the interests of his Clients and is not linked with any particular lender/s. Ray is delighted to offer his help to the public on mortgage, insurance and debt related issues – if Ray cannot help – he will usually know a man who can!

Meet Paula Lancaster
A qualified Holistic Therapist and Reiki Master
Initially trained as a beautician and hairdresser Many years ago, Paula bought and ran the ‘Makin Waves’ hair salon in Biggleswade for 12 years.
An interest and passion for more holistic treatments led Paula to train and qualify 13 years ago with the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC) in Anatomy, Physiology, Reflexology, Stress Management and Deep Tissue Massage.
Paula is dedicated and passionate and continuously improving her skills. Amongst Paula's many holistic treatments, she also offers a massage format which is free from using the hands! This new format has been co-ordinated with a local McTimoney chiropractor who refers Clients with a wide range of conditions. Paula works in a ‘network’ of therapists and also trains therapists in massage techniques.
Paula has a wide client base going back over 20 years!
Paula is also interested in the esoteric and has set up and helped to run a number of courses at the Biggleswade Spiritualist Centre where she has worked to tune her inner 'medium'.
Paula offers a true mind, body and spirit experience.
